Using Time Line Therapy creates major change in our unconscious mind to remove negative emotions, limiting believes and anxieties etc. without having you relive the traumatic event.
What is EFT Tapping
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a simple, effective technique that instantly sends calming signals to the brains stress center, allowing the body and brain to release limitations from negative experiences, emotions and thoughts.
When we tap, we rewire the brain to make better decisions and take better actions that help with all areas of life where we struggle.
A recent study on tapping showed a 43% decrease in cortisol levels, often known as the "stress hormone"
Goal Setting that REALLY works
In this 2 hr session l work with you on a particular goal that you desire. It could be related to work, family, love, health or anything you have a desire to achieve.
During this session we create a road map to your desired outcome which includes measurable, realistic and timed goals.
The key to making these goals successful is removing the blocks or limiting beliefs, that stop your goal from becoming a reality. This is where the magic truly happens.
